Lost Internet Connection

Hello Albert,

I still didn't hear from you regarding the problems I have when using the palletizing app.
Now I installed RoboDK on a Windows11 PC, I again do have the problem as shown on the photo.
All Firewalls are deactivated.
Please help!

I'm sorry for the delays about the update for Mac, we are planning to release a new update soon (no later than next week, including Windows and Mac).

Can you send us your computer ID by email? We'll send you a temporary Standalone license while we fix these issues. We can provide more than one temporary license if you need.
