Managing Network Licenses

#1
Hello,

We currently have about 6 network licenses but 9 people who use it on a semi-regular basis. If people forget to deactivate and are not around to do so it can hold up other users from getting started on their work.

Is there some way to manage the licenses? Having an admin who can deactivate them remotely, for instance. Or something similar to this.

Thanks,
Nikola

It is currently not possible to deactivate a license remotely. However, RoboDK licenses are deactivated automatically after 30 days of inactivity.

You can contact us if you are unable to reach a computer where you have a RoboDK license activated and we can provide you with a 30 day temporary license.
