Hello. Is there anyone here who can help me create a milling code for a Kawasaki UX120 robot? I would like to test before buying RoboDK. I want it to mill marble, the accuracy can be plus or minus 0.5 mm.
You should be able to use Kawasaki robots for marble robot milling. Accuracy mostly depends on repeatability but with a robot like the Kawasaki UX120 you won't be able to get so accurate since the repeatability is already 0.5 mm.
Also, we don't have this Kawasaki robot in our library but we could add it. We need the 3D files of your robot (preferably STEP or IGES files) to add it to RoboDK. It would also help if you can provide a PDF sketch with dimensions and robot related information (payload, reach, etc).
