In my trial version 5.9.2.25316, I am not able to edit the object position data in the Object Details dialog box. Is there something that needs to be done to enable that feature? I have attached a screenshot showing the read-only information.

You can enable changing Cartesian coordinates like the position of your objects and coordinate systems by following these steps:

1. Select Tools-Options
   
2. Select the Other tab
   
3. In the section Lock changing Cartesian coordinates: set to None
   

In general, if you play around with the global settings and you obtain an unexpected behavior your can simply revert back to the default settings by selecting Set default settings in the Tools-Options menu.
