Motoman Post Processor doesn't ouput position coordinates

#11
Thanks for the quick reply.

Do you know where I can locate this information on the teach pendant? (Yaskawa YRC1000)

[EDIT] I found it, Thanks!

Great, thanks for letting us know.

We now confirmed the Pulse/Degree values from both the teach pendant and from information I received from the manufacturer and they align with each other.

The Pulse/Degree values are
1994,3651 for the Tilt Axis and
1614,859 for the Rotation Axis

When I now create a simple program to test the rotation of the positioner the Rotation in RoboDK doesn't match the real Rotation of the positioner.
Could this be an encoding error in the post processor?

Are your external axes synchronized with your robot arm? If you generate a program with a joint position for the turntable at a known angle, is the conversion to pulses the correct value?

In the post processor there is a variable meant to set the pulses/degree called PULSES_X_DEG. However, if you are using the latest version and entered the correct values in your mechanism, the conversion should be done automatically.
