I wondered if there was a way to load a CSV file with coordinates into RoboDk to create multiple reference Frames at once?

Yes, you can customize the API to load multiple coordinate systems at once from a CSV file.

I recommend you to take a look at this example:
C:/RoboDK/Library/Scripts/ImportCSV_XYZWPR.py

And you can use the function AddFrame instead of AddTarget.
