Hi everyone,
I've been trying to get in contact with RoboDK support to obtain an installer for the version of RoboDK that my permanent license works with (I believe it's v5.2.3), but unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck getting a reply to my emails.
In the response I did receive, I was encouraged to purchase a maintenance renewal—which I’m currently not in a position to do. I’m just hoping someone from the community or the RoboDK team can help me out with an installer for v5.2.3, or at least point me in the right direction.
Any help would be really appreciated.

I'm sorry for the delays from our team getting back to you with the download link for your license. They tried to help you find the correct version you would need but there may have been some miscomunication.
