New AGV robot creation duplicated geometry

I created a new robot by importing a 3D CAD AGV model with 4 axis mobile robot (AGV) following the RoboDK website training video.
After completing creation, I tested jogging the AGV that it is able to jog correctly based on its axes.
However, I found that the AGV model duplicates itself when jogging in any direction (x, y and rotate z)
Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Could anyone help to explain why this duplication occurs and how to resolve it?

This is because the model was selected and duplicated for every joints.

Use the AGV model only on the last joint when creating the robot.

I joined the fixed version.
