Not Possible to Find a Non Ascii Temporary Path Issue

#1
Hi Everyone,

We are facing with a new type of error: "Not Possible to Find a Non Ascii Temporary Path Issue"
When we want to import an Igs or Step file, RoboDK doesn't allow us.

We uninstalled and installed a different version of RoboDK.But didn't help.
It is not happening on a different pc.

Have you ever seen this one?

I think it's related to the computer/session name.
I can't clearly see what's on the I in TEKNIK, but I think that's the issue.

This issue should have been fixed a while ago. Make sure you are using a recent version of RoboDK.

Let us know if you still have issues with the latest version and we can investigate further.
