Not hearing back from info@robodk.com

Hello,
I have tried info@robodk.com multiple times over the last 2 months with no success, no reply at all.
I also tried to contact Alex Silva multiple times over LinkedIn with no success either.

Can someone tell me what is occuring and how can I get support, we are a paid customer.
