Please try these two files with any 6-DOF robot

the only difference is

N22 G03 I-37.75 J0
N23 G03 I-32.75 J0

and

N22 G03 I-37.75 J0
N23 I-32.75 J0

and check that the tool roientation changes, but should not supposed to.

You are right, ideally it should reproduce the same G03 arc command when changing any arc parameter.

We'll improve this behavior with the next update.
