PTP HOME ERROR

#1
Hi Everyone,
I have an issue with the PTP line on my pick and place program line on KUKA Robot KR6 R900 sixx.
The program ran successfully on RoboDK simulation.
I have an issue with the generated program running on the real robot.
I am relatively new to RoboDK and would be happy if i can get an assistance with this issue.
Please find attached files for your perusal.

Could you please clarify what kind of issues/errors you are having on your actual robot?
Which program from your station is causing these issues?

Hi Sergei,

I encountered this error on Line20 on my code for a pick and place program. I generated the code from a RoboDK simulation that ran fine. See Prog2 attached.
I also created and saved a HOME position with its axis on the simulation. I later discovered the saved HOME position is not transferred to the real Robot. The default HOME position is still coming up as try to RUN the program.
Please find attached code for your review and the screen shot of the SmartPad.

Please find attached Prog2 attached.
The Kuka Robot in question is KR6 R900 sixx C4.

I found that the station you shared does not have synchronized external axes, but the external axis values exist in the resulting program for some reason.

I also noticed that you are using RoboDK version 5.5.1.

I suppose you could try to generate this program using the latest version of RoboDK with the default postprocessor settings.
