Pallet Robot Modeling

#1
Iam trying to model my 4 axes robot for some pallet simulation. Is there any chance i can do it correctly? Does RoboDK supports this type of robot?

Iam sending the station with all the parts separated.

Thanks!!

I have the same problem and I don0t understand where is my mistake... unfortunately the tutorial about a new mechanism (that is really clear and useful) is about a six axis and I can't use for a 4-axis as a pallitezer

Do you have some suggestions or example in order to implement it?

Thanks

It is currently not possible to model a 4-axis palletizing robot like the one provided. You should better contact us by email:

Let us know if you have a Professional license as this will help speed up the process of adding such robots.

Dear Albert,

We have the same situation (as explained in another post). We would like to use a CP180 from Kawasaki and we already wrote to support team (with our professional license) in order to ask you to add this robot to the library (our request was at 20-september)

Could you said, more or less, how many time is necessary to implement a new robot into the library?

Thanks in advance for your support and your time

The parallel link of the Kawasaki CP180 robot is quite unique. It is currently not possible to model the complete kinematic chain.

However, we modelled the kinematics properly so it matches the robot controller. See the attached example.
