Problem regarding RoboDK license error

Hello, Good morning.

I'm having trouble activating my license.

I bought a license, and activate this on one computer.

And deactivate to use on another computer. 

However, even though I deactivates the license on the previously used desktop, it says the license cannot be used. 

Also I check an internet connection and turn off the firewalls blocking. 

How can I solve this problem?

Did you set up the license on more computerss? If so, did you properly deactivate de license on all these computers?

No, I deactivate the license on all these computers. But It's not work.
