Program crashes

I have loaded the software to my laptop. Program will open and I can load a robot model to the page. As soon as I double clidk on the robot to open the details panel, the program crashes and shuts down.
Computer is 64 bit, I7-4500 cpu, 8 gigs ram, latest windows 7 with updates.

Ideas/thoughts??

In C:\RoboDK try running RoboDK-Debbug.bat
If it crashes, open C:\RoboDK\bin and send the logfile.stdout.txt and/or RoboDK.Debbug.txt
