Programming popular microcontrollers with RoboDK

#1
Can I program popular microcontrollers like, Arduino boards, raspberry pi pico, ESP32 ... etc, with RoboDK?

Which version of RoboDK should should I install?

We only have one version of RoboDK which you can download here:
https://robodk.com/download

I recommend you to customize one of our G-code post processors for a custom controller made using Arduino, Raspberry Pi or ESP32. You can find more information about post processors here:

OK, after checking other threads and tutorials, it turned out that there must be a computer system running RoboDK and send the control data to the Arduino microcontroller.

The Arduino in this case acts like a driver controller to the servo motor, where I can use any other servo/stepper driver unprogrammed chip.

So the least system that can run RoboDK is a Raspberry Pi that can be connected to a monitor and not any less system like the raspberry pico or similar microcontrollers.

OK, I get it now.

Thanks for the help,

You should be able to control your robot or Arduino from your computer as well. Make sure you have a serial connection like RS232 or equivalent.
