What error message do you see?
Yes, I have it loaded. It is a robot that I set up myself because the UP-130 is unavailable in the robot library. I have also tried loading the ALL.PRM file with the UP200 from the robot library loaded. Same result. The error message in the same as in my first post, attached below.

Albert,

Since you were able to load the ALL.PRM file I sent, can you provide the pulses per degree values calculated from it? That will allow me to continue some work until we can resolve the issue.

Thanks!

Can you send us the 3D model? We can add it for you.

Also, if you can send the .robot file I can load the ALL.PRM robot and send you the RDK file. The ALL.PRM file should be loaded after you load the corresponding robot in RoboDK.

We just fixed the issue about loading ALL.PRM files from Yaskawa/Motoman robot controllers into RoboDK. The issue is fixed with the latest version of RoboDK.

You can take the latest version here:
https://robodk.com/download

Make sure to first load the correct robot model from the RoboDK library and then load the ALL.PRM file.

If you have any issues, try using the default Python interpreter (C:/RoboDK/Python-Embedded).
