Regarding the issue of Kuka robots being unable to connect to Robodk

I followed the steps in the manual, but I don't know why I can't connect to RoboDK.

Can you tell me which step went wrong?

KUKA:C4 Control cabinet KR150
RoboDK: Version 5.8

Kuka Robot Settings:
Port number setting 7001
C3 bridge is running
The registry has been modified
ROBODKSYN570  program is running

RoboDK setting:
Kukabridge driver has been selected
The IP address has been modified and the ping status is normal

Question:
Select connection in RoboDK, alarm timeout

I assume you started the RoboDKsync SRC program on the KUKA robot controller. Correct?

Can you try using the latest version of RoboDK and provide us with the same logs?

My RoboDK is version 5.8,Is your suggestion to test again with the latest version 5.9? And send the test logs to you?
