Is there a FANUC LR Mate 200iC 5L somewhere in RoboDK robot library? I cannot find it, and I would need it for my project, thank you.

We need the 3D files of your robot (preferably STEP or IGES files) to add it to RoboDK. It would also help if you can provide a PDF sketch with dimensions and robot related information (payload, reach, etc).

This model is a standard FANUC model, you cannot modify it using LR Mate 200iC which is on RoboDK Robot Library? I provided the datasheet here, but I do not have the STEP models.
