Hi guys,
We have an ABB robot (6640, IRC5) and pellet extruder. We encounter interpolation errors when the extruder rotation value gets above a certain amount. The robot becomes jerky and eventually fails.
Would it be possible to modify the post processor to periodically reset the extruder value after x degrees of rotation? Or perhaps split the export by sets of layers and stitch them back together?
If anyone has any ideas on our error, I am open to them, but we have talked with many professionals including ABB, none of whom have been able to solve it.
Thanks!
Tom
