Just purchased 10 licenses for high school robotics class ... all MacBook users ... a couple experiencing the same or similar error. Others successfully installed and are running.

Does this issue happen when you load a STEP file or when you start RoboDK?

For the time being, to work around this issue you can install the previous version of RoboDK:
https://robodk.com/downloads/Install-RoboDK-v5.4.3.dmg
(this version does not support loading STEP and IGES files)

All instances occurred in an attempt to start RoboDK after the new installation. Students had not previously had any RoboDK version installed. Thanks for your response. I will have them try the prior version, which should be fine.

Do you know if this this issue happens only with Intel processors or Apple M1 processors?

I thought it as an M1 issue, but all MAC computers are Intel based.

Hey Albert, I have a student who has a similar issue to the one described in this thread when installing RoboDK on his Mac. Can you provide a new previous download link? They one you posted in the thread earlier no longer works for me.

I just fixed the broken link. You should now be able to download RoboDK v 5.4.3 for Mac from the same link:
https://robodk.com/downloads/Install-RoboDK-v5.4.3.dmg

Make sure you clear your cache or open the link in Incognito mode so it takes the download.

Is your Mac Intel-based or an M1 Apple Silicon chip? Are you running the latest version of MacOS?
