RoboDK Fusion 360 add-in not working

#1
Hi RoboDK,

I am trying to use Fusion 360 in combination with RoboDK, I downloaded the .msi file from here "https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=6894286262130884430&appLang=en&os=Win64&autostart=true" and installed it. But it shows the following error message in my Fusion 360:

Is there a way to solve this?
My Fusion 360 is version 2.0.16490 x86_64.

Thank you in advance.

The public add-in on the Autodesk website is not up to date. You should install the latest version of RoboDK and you'll find the plugin here:
C:/RoboDK/Other/Plugin-Fusion360

You can follow the steps to install the RoboDK add-in for Autodesk Fusion 360 here:

Hi Albert,

Thanks for your reply. I installed the latest version of RoboDK and found that plugin in the folder. However, it is still not showing on my Fusion 360, even when I run the file in the Fusion 360 add-in tab. I also tried to follow the steps in the link you sent, RoboDK tab is still now showing in my Fusion, and it says that there's an error. What can I do to solve?

What error do you see? It should look different from the one you shared previously.
