RoboDK crashes when I try to generate robot program

#1
Hi all,

As the title suggests, when I press to Generate Robot Program, RoboDK crashes and then shuts down.

My company recently bought a new computer, since installing RoboDK, it has not worked. I am using the same Python versions and same post processor same exact settings as the old computer but it does not work on this new one.

The process is: Run Prepare Script -> Run Measure Script -> Generate Robot Program.

I've seen other users ask for the RoboDK.Debug.txt document so I have attached it here.

I have also attached my station.

Thank you in advance for any help.

This is not really a crash but something is triggering RoboDK to close cleanly. You may be closing RoboDK using the API somewhere, maybe by calling CloseRoboDK or a similar command.

It is not possible to reproduce these steps because of missing dependencies, including Python modules and required files by these scripts.

Could you provide the RDK file with the program that needs to be generated to provoke closing RoboDK? Did you see this issue with previous versions of RoboDK?
