RoboDK for iPad crashing and unable to Open or Download models

#1
I am having iPad issues. I downloaded the app today (2023.07.13) and so far I’m unable to Download robots into the app although the files seem to be downloading to the iPad From the web browser.
Also, the in-app Open function always causes the app to freeze immediately. The Open Online Library’s Open function takes me back to the app but never loads a model.
Please advise or let me know what information to provide for more assistance.
Here is my device and software version:
IPad Pro 6gen with OS 16.2

Does it work if you select "Open" from the online library:
https://robodk.com/library

You may need to specify you want to execute this open action with RoboDK.

No, this method does not work either, even when choosing to open with RoboDK.
I’ve been testing the app more and the crashing and inability to open problems are consistent.
