RoboDK strating fresh when running python script

I'm running into a problem when running python scripts linked to RoboDK
My project mate and I are running the same code, with the same libraries installed, and his adds/edits targets, while mine opens RoboDK again with a fresh unsaved station for no apparent reason.
Has anyone encountered this type of problem and if so, how did you resolve it?
Are you using the latest version of RoboDK?
Can you provide us with the RDK project file?

This may help:
  1. Select Tools-Options
  2. Select Set default settings
  3. Restart RoboDK and try again
I am using the trial version, same as my project partner, downloaded less than 3 weeks ago with the default settings
