SPEED PROBLEM WHEN CUTTING MULTIPLE POINTS

#1
Hello,
-I am facing cutting problem on round profile pipe. In order to achieve aesthetics, very small tolerances mean many points. And when running many points, the robot speed is very slow. If the tolerance is increased, it will not meet the cutting line requirements.
-So is there any way to solve this problem, is there any command to interpolate arcs on pipes that are not set of many points?
-Thanks
- I have attached the image below, there is a difference in speed when changing the tolerance..

If you simply want to decrease the density of points when you generate a program you can follow these steps:
  • Select Tools-Options
  • Select the Program tab
  • Set Minimum step size (mm) to 0.5 mm or something like that. The default value is 0.005 mm which is very small if you have many points.
