It would be great to be able to select points from the tree as opposed to selecting individual points in the graphics window when using the "Select Points" function in point follow project. This way, points could be selected in batches, and without finding them in the window. See the attached screenshots below

It is currently not possible to select the points in the tree. You should select them using the 3D view. On the other hand, this could be automated using the API.
Also, if you select multiple features for a point follow project or a curve follow project they should be part of the same object item in the tree.
