Synchronized linear rail robot home

#1
Hi,
synchronized a linear rail with a 6-axis robotic arm.
because of the added joint, the home of the robot is linked to the 7th axis and moves the rail to the set position.
can I make targets that "ignore" the linear rail position?
meaning targets only for the robot in its own reference frame?
Thanks in Advance!

It is not possible to isolate the rail or any external axes if you have them synchronized with RoboDK. You would have to remove the synchronization to have targets that ignore the rail position.

You can also easily synchronize or remove the synchronization by using the API.
