Can we synchronize two additional linear axis with robotic arm? 
As far as we searched the options there is no any option into robodk to do the same. 
Part will travel on 1st linear axis and then it will get transferred to second linear axis during the plasma cutting process but the requirement is that the both the linear conveyor should be synchronized with the robot is it possible to do the same for attached station?

It is not possible to simulate two external synchronized linear axes, such as those in your station at the same time. However, you can switch between such axes in the simulation using a script and generate the correct program using a modified post-processor.
