TM12, Same MAT, but MoveL and MoveJ moved to two different positions.

Hi, I am using RoboDK API to control my TM12 robot. I am using Visual Studio with C# to control the robot.

Issue:
For the same MAT, why there are few mm distance differences between using MoveL and MoveJ ?

Is it related to calibration or any other issues?

Yes, one of the possible causes could be the calibration of the manipulator.
You can check the cartesian values on the real robot and in RoboDK with the same joint values.
