Troubleshooting MOVC Error 'ALARM 4447 - Defective Taught Point (CIRC)

#1
When I create a CAM program in Fusion360 and transfer it to RoboDK for my Yaskawa DX200 MH50, many MOVC errors 'ALARM 4447 - Defective Taught Point (CIRC)' (2) occur in the generated program from RoboDK.

The program has 32,000 paths and is split across about 15 files.

It's a bit cumbersome to go in and correct all the MOVC in so many lines.

Best regards

I thinks I touched this at one time. Points to close together or start and end to close. I Changed minimum arc size or something there about. The main point was to make small movl instead of movc when the radius was to small for the robot.

Thank you for the response to this thread. In the meantime, I figured out what caused the problem. It turned out to be a poorly made SVG graphic model that I had added to my CAM. The lines were duplicated multiple times because I had traced an object from a regular image using Inkscape and then transferred the SVG file to Fusion360. I ended up having to clean up the lines and create some new ones that more closely resembled the correct model. After doing this, the program now works perfectly with the robot.
