UNABLE TO CONNECT ROBODK TO KUKA

#1
I followed the steps for connecting RoboDK to KUKA robot using c3setup 1.6.1. But even though I am successfully able to ping the robot, it keeps displaying "Disconnected (socket error)" in the log. What could be causing this issue?

Could you please specify the version of your control system?
This page has information about configuring the control system for the C3 Bridge Interface: https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robots-KUKA-Ro...DriverKUKA
Special attention should be paid to the NAT settings (KUKA➔Start-up➔Network configuration➔Advanced, NAT➔Add port➔Port number 7000).

It is a KRC4 control system. I had followed all the instructions on the link you have provided, including adding new port 7000. I do suspect it could be a network issue, but the firewall and internet access on pc were off when this issue began.
