Unable to connect to License

#1
It says I have 1/1 license activated, but I have carefully tried to deactivate from all 3, and can't even do this.

I just need to be able to save my file and program, as I have had my PC now running for a week straight to avoid losing anything.

Are you using RoboDK on a Mac? If so, you should turn off Private Wi-Fi Addressing. This setting makes the computer ID change. Here's a link how to disable Private WiFi Addressing:
https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/ma...0/mac/15.0

Contact us by email and we'll quickly help you with a temporary license.

We are planning an update that will fix this issue soon.

I noticed you sent us an email already, I just got back to you.

I have the same issue, my seat is blocked 1/1 and I can't use my License.
I have a temporary license, but I need my actual license to work without issues.
It can't be the only option to have to remember to deactivate the license EVERY time I change the WiFi.
That is beyond impractical.

I got back to you by email yesterday with a solution. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

Dear Albert,
I have read the post and saw, that I do have exactly the same problem.
I am working on Apple Mac - a Laptop and a Desktop Mac. After I had that problem of maximum used licenses once (I am working on a temporary licensecode for the moment until my official license is free again), I made really sure to deactivate the license on my desktop, before starting the software on my Laptop. It worked once, but after changing the WLAN  it showed me the a.m. error. I am working with static MAC adresses in both systems, so what can I do ? Especially regarding the future ?
Thanks, Frederik
