Unable to connect to license

Hi,

I have been using a educational license, somehow recently I wasn't able to operate my license. 

And when I open license status it showed  "unable to connect ".

Is there any solution? 

The version of the RoboDK I used is 5.6.6.

Is your computer connected to the internet? Also, do you have a firewall preventing RoboDK from connecting to the internet?

Dear Albert,

Thank you for replying. 

Yes, I did. I had make sure my internet connection is stable and my firewall did not block RoboDK. But the results remains the same.

But somehow my license is able to function on an older version of RoboDK on my old laptop.

Is there any possibility for requiring an older version installation file.

The version I need is 5.6.5.
