Unable to connect to the laser tracker

#1
Hi,

We tried connecting to a Leica At960 Laser and it would not work.

We were able to ping it,

We set up the IP of the laser accordingly and were able to use it with its default application.

But when it came time to connect with roboDK, we could not connect it.

We did run it as admin and installed the correct python version.

We also closed other software using the laser and disabled the windows firewall.

Is there something else we could have tried ?

Thanks

Élie

This error message when you try to connect to the Leica tracker suggests you should run this file:
C:/RoboDK/api/Leica/Install-Pythonnet.bat

Make sure to run it using Administrator privileges.

Hi Albert,

I did try to run it as Administrator to no avail.

maybe the files I have in C:\RoboDK\api\Leica are not the good ones/are corrupted ?

I cant access these files: https://robodk.com/downloads/private/Leica.zip, maybe that would help ?

Thanks

Élie

Are you using the default settings of RoboDK? For example, did you change the Python interpreter?

It is better if you contact us to troubleshoot this issue:
