I created a STEP file with a curve that I'm planning to follow but unfortunately when ever I upload the STEP file it is empty. I can't see the line.
I opened the STEP file in another CAD software and was able to see the line.
I tried many configurations of Tool- Options- CAD/Display but still nothing shown.

Hello,
The 'Curve Follow' utility is challenging and rewarding. Have you tried the direct CAD plugins? If the object does not appear in RoboDK with the open command, it could be related to export settings. You may need a 3D surface and or solid body. I'm not sure but I think IGES are the only format capable of exporting 2D/3D lines only.
Good luck,
Tony

That's correct, you could use IGES format to load curves into RoboDK.
Other options are to use a CAD plugin such as the RoboDK add-in for SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
Or you can also use RoboDK CAM to generate complex curves from CAD/3D files.
