how to transfer file to yaskawa robot controller?

Hi, i am using robodk with yaskawa robot(YRC1000 AR1440). I can able to run program in online(run on robot). but when i am trying to transfer program to robot, filezilla is not connecting with controller. what maybe the issue?

Please check the FTP connection settings and if the FTP function is enabled on the robot controller.
