Hello,

I'm looking for cycle time analysis for screwdriving application on moving line (flow assembly). The line is moving on constant speed all the time. so some synchronous operation of robot and conveyor is goal.

Can you suggest ideas how to reach this goal as straight forward as possible?

I was looking already at this station:
Conveying and Material Handling with ABB | RoboDK

unfurtunately in this example the cycle time calculation also don't seem to work because of python or so on I suggest

creating the conveyor is not the problem, because of good videos from Jeremy...
but to move the robot synchronous with conveyor with some moving targets on the part with screwdriving is...

You can load the Cycle Time add-in to see the cycle time of each program individually. You can follow these steps to load the Cycle Time addin:

1. Select Tools-Add-in Manager
   
2. Select Browse online
   
3. Look for the Cycle Time addin
   
4. Download the add-in and open it with RoboDK
