hi i login to an active license which i have just paid roboDK.
it worked for 1 day. after which due to company policy, i upgraded my windows OS.
i did not deactivate the license while upgrading the windows OS.

now, i am unable to login due to the license detecting its currently being used. however i am certain no one is using this key as i am the only person with the info in the company.
is there a way to close all the roboDK sessions using this key and reset it or something?
