Can not find the start point for JAKA robots

#1
I'm trying to generate a robot program from a sequence of points that I exported from Grasshopper (Rhino Plugin).

The program reported this error: Start point could not be found. In Grasshopper I also get the message: Can't simulate or generate programs because the robot can't reach the start point. However, the simulation in Grasshopper shows that the points a recoverable.

I would be very grateful for any advice and help!

Anna

You should flip the Z axis of your TCP. See the attached image:

Alternatively, you can invert the point normals using Tools - Modify Curves:

I attached your modified project with the mentioned changes.

Thanks for the quick reply.

The solution with the rotation of the TCP works in the example. But when I load new points from Grasshopper, the robot does not finde the start point again. How exactly do I set the start point?
I would also like the robot to move the points as a curve and not keep going up at the points. How can I enter this?

Many thanks for your support.

You can use curve import since you are working with the RoboDK Rhino plugin:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Plugin-Rhino.html#GHtoolbar

You can also try setting the start point manually (Preferred joints for the start point) using the Curve Follow Project utility.
