Hi,

I cannot connect to my robodk arm. I have everything setup correctly - IP, port, the polyscope, etc. A search revealed I need a RoboDK URCap file, but I cannot find it anywhere. Do I really need it or is there another way to establish connection?

Please note that we updated UR driver in the latest RoboDK version (new name is DriverUR):

DriverUR does not seem to appear in the Drivers list. Is there a way I can add it?

We'll publish a new update for Mac soon and it will include the new version of the UR driver called DriverUR.

If I run RoboDK on a Windows machine, will the connection work with apiur driver?

Yes, the default driver for UR robots (apiur) should work.
