I will connect Yaskawa MH50 to RoboDK software but it have error in communication. Can you help and say what is problem and how can solve it?

Can you try to do the same test using the debug option?
You can activate debug output by following these steps:

1. Open the file C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\RoboDK-Drivers\MotomanHSE.exe.ini
   
2. Change Debug_Print to true as shown in the following image
