"Connections problems" when connecting to real robot (Motoman SIA10D)

I have tried to connect RoboDK to a Motoman SIA10D (with a DX100 controller) by following the steps mentioned in:
However the connection was unsuccessful despite of successful PING. I received a "Connection Problems" message as shown in the attached Video and log file.

PS: I have sent a few commands to the controller via Visual Studio (with a basic DLL) to check the communication, such as servos ON and it was sucessfuly executed.

Does anyone know what could be the issue?

Teach pendant: set on Remote
RoboDK version: 5.5.2
Robot: Motoman SIA 10D
Controller: DX100
