Greetings,
I am currently working on a Sanding Procedure Simulation and am looking to generate accurate Cycle Times for my simulation. I have watched all the videos related to Cycle Times and have looked at articles discussing the attributes that need to be changed to ensure accurate cycle times. This includes adding the Accurate Rounding Feature before direction changes and adding the Smooth Rounding right after the motion point.
I am looking to find a way where RoboDK can account for different grid sizes of the sanding tool and also account for the different forces at which the sanding tool can approach the surface. Depending on the different forces and dimensions of the sanding tool, is there a way the program can account for these factors (if programmed to do so) and provide a cycle time considering these factors? This would help me figure out accurate surface roughness values as well, which would be extremely resourceful for the project I am working on.
An early response would be highly appreciated.
