Our RoboDK customer have one licence. They use it some times on two PC.
Now when he try to use RoboDK, he see his licence is in use (1/1) , but he deacitave RoboDK licenc in all PC.
He don't know who and where use his licence.
Is there any method, then Deactive his licence in all place?
It is not possible to deactivate a license remotely. However, licenses are deactivated automatically after 30 days of inactivity.
You can contact us by email so we can provide you with a temporary 30 day license and you'll be able to work on a new computer without having to deactivate the other one.
Hello guys, I have a similar problem with licensing. I bought educational license for 1 year and I'm using it for 2 months. The problem is I ~metal purged my previous computer with active license on it. We had one cycle were I got 30 day temporary license, because as assumed the not used license should deactivate by itself within 30 days. That did not happened and I'm left without a valid license. I would be pleased with a support.
