Define a Frame from actual Robot Joints

#1
I am trying to created a frame at the part on my weld fixture using a 3 point. I have included the axis positions in an excel spread sheet. They are highlighted in yellow.  Yesterday, I recorded the axis of the 6 joints and today I recorded the axis of the 6 points just to see if I have an error.  Both were no where near the coordiantes of the KUKA robot.

Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong?

I discovered, if you "Remove Sync", it works.  Can anyone explain to me Why?
