Hello, My name is Jakob and I’m a student who recently got access to an industrial robot and would like to use RoboDK for personal projects in my free time.
I sent an email asking about licensing options for individuals but haven’t received a response yet.
Are there any affordable non-commercial licenses available for this kind of use?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I believe you used a generic email account (like Gmail) so it may take time for someone from our tech team to get back to you.
I recommend you to relaunch your request by email using your university email so we can better help you with this request.

Hi, it's me again.
I contacted RoboDK and they gave me the link for the pricing, but when I try to access it using my high school email, I get an error saying my email doesn't meet the eligibility requirements. I reported the issue, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
Just wanted to ask here if anyone knows what could be causing this problem?
Thanks!

Okay now when I try to save the project I get the error that license is expired. I tried reinstalling and running as an administrator but it doesn't work.
