Error loading Yaskawa Motoman ALL.PRM file

The attached error pops up after I dragged the ALL.PRM file into RoboDK follow instructions.

I have checked another post with simliar issue to go through setting and setup of the software, seem no difference.

I attached the robot with the correct pulses/degree ratio.

We'll investigate why this issue is happening.
