Did you select the correct robot in RoboDK? It looks like there is a 365 mm error on the length of the arm (d4).
If you can send us your RoboDK project and the ALL.PRM we can better take a look.

Here are the 2 files as requested The robot I chose was an ER165D the one I am using is a ES165N. I will have to find the manuals for dimensional data. I renamed the ALL.PRM to ALL.rdk as the system would not let me attach a .PRM file

We just fixed the issue about loading ALL.PRM files from Yaskawa/Motoman robot controllers into RoboDK. The issue is fixed with the latest version of RoboDK.
You can take the latest version here: https://robodk.com/download Make sure to first load the correct robot model from the RoboDK library and then load the ALL.PRM file. If you have any issues, try using the default Python interpreter (C:/RoboDK/Python-Embedded). |
