Generate program "IF" statement

#1
Hi RoboDK team,

We generated the program with the attached Python code.
The generated code does not include the "IF", only the target.
Is there any way to generate an IF statement?

Best regards,
Keisuke Sakai

Hi,

Until recently, there was no way to generate control statements from RoboDK.
We added support for it in the UI and some post-processor supports it.
What robot brand are you using right now?

Hi Jeremy,

The robot brand is Yaskawa (Motoman).

Our Yaskawa post-processor does not support IF statement for now.
We will try to add it during the fall.

Dear Jeremy,

OK, we will look forward to Yaskawa post processor update.
How about Denso, Epson, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc?
Do you have any plans for these post processors to support IF statements?

Hi Hiroe,

Yes, we do, but it will be on a brand-by-brand basis.
Some are easier than others. We'll keep you posted.

Does the UR post-processor support IF statements?

Please let me know which brands support IF statement.

Hello RoboDK team,

I am interested in the above question as well.

Does Universal robot support IF statement?
If no, is there any future plan for UR post to generate it?

Best Regards,
Hiroe Ota
